The 蘑菇视频 (蘑菇视频) will hold a webinar on May 28, 2020, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm to feature the 蘑菇视频 discussion paper titled “Who Are the Health Workers and Where Are They? Revealed Preferences in Location Decision among Health Care Professionals in the Philippines”.
The study, which is authored by 蘑菇视频 Senior Research Fellow Michael Abrigo and former 蘑菇视频 Research Associate Danica Ortiz, examined the spatial distribution of healthcare workers across the country and analyzed the different factors that affect their decisions in choosing work locations. It also provided some policy recommendations that will address the uneven distribution of healthcare workers in several cities and municipalities.
