At the rate that the business process outsourcing (BPO) sector is growing, it may indeed be the next big thing in this country. This was surmised by the author of this Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ-commissioned study on the services sector. Doubts are being raised though about the sustainability of this hyper-growth phenomenon. Is it just a passing fancy or indeed the future trend of business? The author asserts all indications are pointing to the latter.
